We may add, modify, or remove features from time to time.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate account information.

• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

• Use the Platform only for lawful purposes.

• Not misuse, copy, resell, or exploit the Platform for unauthorized purposes.

4. Account and Payment

• Access to paid features requires an active subscription.

• Payments are processed securely via third-party gateways.

• You are responsible for canceling your subscription before renewal dates.

5. Third-Party Integrations

By connecting your social media accounts, you authorize us to access data through their APIs in accordance with their respective terms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn).

We are not responsible for downtime or changes in those third-party services.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Violation of these Terms.

• Misuse of the platform or fraudulent activity.

• Non-payment of subscription fees.

Upon termination, access to the Platform will cease immediately.

7. Limitation of Liability

Intelli Postify is not liable for:

• Any data loss or interruption of service.

• Issues arising from third-party integrations or API changes.

• Indirect or consequential damages of any kind.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Data Deletion Policy

1. Requesting Data Deletion

Users can delete their data or account by:

• Sending an email to help@intellipostify.com., or

• Using the “Delete Account” option in the Platform settings.

2. Data That Will Be Deleted

Upon request, we will permanently delete:

• Personal information (name, email, contact).

• Account credentials.

• Connected social media tokens.

• Post history, analytics, and campaign data.

3. Data That May Be Retained

Some data may be retained temporarily for:

• Legal compliance (e.g., invoices, transaction records).

• Fraud prevention and dispute resolution.

All retained data will be securely stored and deleted once the retention period ends.

4. Third-Party Data Deletion

If your social media accounts are connected, please refer to the respective platforms (e.g., Meta, Google, X, LinkedIn) for their data deletion processes.
